Passion 268Generation

Do you ever feel like you just want someone you love to have a shot in the arm with what's good for them? Maybe something they are missing, not quite getting..etc. I would LOVE to send our oldest to the Passion 268Generation conferences! This is for ages 18-25. I just think this generation doesn't get what's really the most important thing in life, how to stand for what they believe, or how to show the fruit of what they believe!

Do you know of anyone who's been there? I'd love to hear about it. My heart desires the young adults and teens in this generation to fully grasp the importance of Jesus in their lives. To understand what it's like to follow him, and to be able to be an example of Him even when they think nobody is watching.

Do you ever come across something that you just can't wait to share? I shared this on facebook when it first came out, then went to look on my blog, and couldn't believe I didn't post it! This was an amazing message and video! What was even more amazing was how they made it. Watch it, and see for yourselves.

Chicago Harvest!! Sept 24-26 Allstate Arena - FREE!

These past 2 nights have been phenomenal! Hearts are so open right now to believing in something that is greater than themselves. To realize we are not in control, God is! To realize we need him more than we admit, to open our eyes to a life saving faith and peace that only Jesus Christ can answer. To gather with other believers and pray for those who are lost, to witness before thousands, over 1500 people turning their lives over to the Lord. This - is what Chicago Harvest is all about this weekend!

So far Friday night we had Heather Headley (Tony award winning), The Katinas, David Crowder Band. Last night (Saturday) was Kirk Franklin and SKILLET! Here are some photos. More to come! Join us! I cannot wait to attend this here in Chicago. Who is all going?
I surprised my son and took him to a Toby Mac/Skillet concert last year, and just have to say, they were both amazing! Skillet is pretty much right up my alley. :) Even though they are a harder rock type band (the only one going for the weekend), they convey Christ's love for us and have a great testimony! Jeremy Camp, David Crowder.. ahh and Steven Curtis Chapman I am dying to see as well!
We are praying for a blessed gathering and the Lord to speak through Greg Laurie.
